New Club President Lacee Ryan moments after being sworn in by Area Governor Bethany Stone.
Lacee Ryan inducted as 11th Club President of the Rotary Club of International Drive
Law enforcement professional Lacee Ryan of the Orlando Police Department is the Rotary Club of I-Drive’s new Club President
We are excited to announce that on Wednesday, June 29th, 2022 our Rotary Club elected Lacee as the 11th Club President during a dinner ceremony at Vincenzo’s Cucina Italiana on International Drive. The event was attended by Area Governor Bethany Stone, of the Rotary Club of Dr. Phillips, and District Governor-Elect Andres Goyanes—who himself is a member and Founding Club President of the Rotary Club of International Drive in Orlando.
Lacee brings extensive professional organization experience, having served in various leadership roles in law enforcement and crime prevention organizations. Her vibrant agenda for the club, innovative ideas, and energy to pursue new service projects are already making waves in the Rotary Club of I-Drive. In fact, she has already committed to continuing our Dictionary Project initiative at the Tangelo Park Elementary School and the club’s continued participation in events such as the Million-and-a-Half Meal Marathon and The Salvation Army volunteering.
We are excited to see Lacee rise to the opportunity to lead our Rotary Club, supported by Club Secretary (and President-Elect) Adriana SanFelice and Club Treasurer Michelli Tamburus. This trio of ladies pays homage to the historic year when Rotary International President-Elect Jennifer Jones takes the helm of the organization. Every one of our Rotary Club of I-Drive members is proud of the accomplishment of these vibrant female leaders—and we look forward to their achievements during Rotary year 2022-2023.
